Christmas Hamper Application Forms are due November 30th, 2023.
Do you need a helping hand this holiday season? If you need a help this year, please fill out the Christmas Hamper Form. Either:
- Click on the link below, download the form, fill out electronically and send the completed application form via email or;
- Print the form, fill out by hand and return the application form to the Goldstream Food Bank during operating hours.
The Christmas hampers will be available for pick up on December 11th – December 15th from 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. You will be contacted with a date and time to pick up. If you are unable to pick up your hamper in person please make arrangements with a family member or friend to pick up on your behalf on your scheduled day & time given to you by our hamper office staff.

It is recommended and appreciated as we move into flu season that you wear a mask at the time of form drop off and hamper pickup to protect yourself and our volunteers going into the holiday season.
